I can’t find the course that I purchased
If you have purchased a course, you will find it under My Dashboard. Please ensure you've the logged in with the same email address that you purchased your course with.
You can check which email address you used to purchase the course by checking your email inboxes and finding your order confirmation.
If you’ve purchased multiple courses with different email addresses, and you would like us to merge them into one account, please let our team know.
How do I get my Zoom link for a Live Online Masterclass?
All zoom links can be found within the course, accessible from your learning dashboard. You will be sent guidance on how to navigate your class a week in advance of the course starting, and a reminder email on the morning of your class.
Can you help with a product from the Material Lists?
Most products on our material lists are available at Warm Glass, as we are their official education partner.

Can you extend access to the Live Online Masterclass recordings?
