You will advance your lampworking skills with Bullseye glass such as rods and other bullseye accessory range of powders, frits and dichroic glass. You will learn how to make your own unique, reusable plaster stamps to create texture and pattern on the molten glass as you sculpt each form.

Laura Quinn

Laura Quinn is a multi-award-winning maker of innovative contemporary glass sculpture. In 2015 she graduated from the National College of Art and Design. She achieved her MA from Arts University Plymouth in 2019. Quinn works as the Glass Technical Tutor at the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham, where she teaches the next generation of glass artists and hones her craft.

In recent years her work has received international recognition having been selected for high profile exhibitions including Collect Open 2022 and the British Glass Biennale. Most recently Laura was awarded funding from the highly prestigious Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust.
