One Day Course: Catherine Dunstan Making Murrini Canes in a Regular Kiln - Thursday 12th March 2026 10AM - 4PM
This is an in-person course at the Glass School studio.
Join Catherine Dunstan for a jam-packed one day course covering various methods of creating murrini canes in a standard glass kiln - no hot tools or vitrigraph needed!
Experiment with both design and construction methods that will allow you the versatility to create any design you can imagine in your head, at virtually any size or shape.
Please note: The price of the course includes a ceramic mould for you to keep

We cannot guarantee parking immediately outside the studio and rely on on-street parking on neighbouring roads. Therefore, a short five-minute walk is typically required. If this poses access issues, please get in touch with us before booking a class.
What to prepare
- Please wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- If you are attending a One Day Course. Please bring a packed lunch. Alternatively, there are shops and a pub serving lunches within walking distance of the studio.
- All materials are included and all the necessary tools are provided.
- Your booking information will be emailed to you before the course date.
- This in-person course will have up to 4 students.
- We teach using Bullseye Glass (CoE90).
- Students must be over 16 years old.

Please note: Our teaching studio is upstairs, and there is no lift access. If you are concerned about access, please get in touch with us before booking a class so we can accommodate your needs.
If your cancellation is more than 28 days before the class, a 90% refund is available, or the booking can be moved to another available class. For cancellations up to 7 days in advance, a 50% refund will be given. After this date, we are unable to offer any refunds.
